Court To Ayu: 'Stop Parading Yourself As PDP National Chairman'

Justice W.I. Kpochi of a High Court in Makurdi today issued an interim injunction restraining Dr Iyorchia Ayu from parading himself as the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

The restraining order is in the case designated MHC/85/2023 filed at the court by Terhide Utaan with Ayu and the PDP as defendants.

Further hearing on the matter has been adjourned until April 17, 2023.
