The On-Street Parking scheme, otherwise known as the ‘Park-and-Pay’ scheme, was on Wednesday declared as illegal.
The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike who made the declaration during a media briefing to mark his first year in office, cited fraud in the contract agreement between the managing contractors and the FCT.
