Justice Simon Amobeda of the Federal High Court, Kano has reserved judgment in the fundamental human rights suit initiated by the sacked 15th Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado Bayero.
The judge took the decision following a heated argument between the prosecution counsel and defendant counsel while the hearing lasted.
