Edo Guber Poll: Shaibu Clinches PDP Factional Candidate

The deputy governor of Edo State, Phillip Shaibu, on Thursday, February 22, 2024, emerged as the winner in a factional primary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the 2024 Edo governorship election.

The deputy governor emerged winner of the parallel primaries with over three hundred and one votes.
