As a result of an alleged assault on a police officer last Saturday, Afrobeat musician, Seun Kuti, was today arrested and detained at the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Panti, Lagos.
Seun Kuti was accompanied by a lawyer representing eminent rights crusader and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Femi Falana.
It would be recalled that the musician had alleged attempted murder of himself and his family by the police officer in question.
