The incumbent president of the Gambia, Adama Barrow was late Sunday announced as the winner of the country’s presidential poll.
Adama emerged the winner of his second term bid with more than 53 per cent of the vote, according to results released by the electoral commission.
Meanwhile, his main challenger, Ousainou Darboe got 27.7 per cent.
