Co-partnered by renowned entrepreneur Eigbefoh Paul Smith, the company is finalising an advanced Real Estate Management Software designed to digitise the end-to-end lifecycle of property administration.

Smash Technology’s new suite aims to bridge this divide by offering a centralised command centre for landlords and property managers.
Engineering Efficiency in Property Oversight
The software moves beyond simple listings, offering a robust engine for day-to-day operations, namely: Automated Rent Management, which seeks to eliminate the friction of manual tracking with automated reminders and digital payment logs; Unified Tenant Portals, which seeks to streamline onboarding and maintenance requests to foster better landlord-tenant relationships; and Data-Driven Analytics, which seeks to provide owners with real-time financial reporting and portfolio performance metrics.
