A Lagos Magistrates’ Court has remanded two men, Victor Otache, 30, and Wisdom Habeeb Abudu, 22, for allegedly stealing food items valued at ₦2.5 million.
The duo appeared before the Ebute Metta Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, facing charges of conspiracy and theft.
According to the prosecution, Otache and Abudu are accused of stealing a variety of food products, including rice, beans, palm oil, dressed chicken, and garri, from Abundish Limited in Lekki Phase 1.

The court ordered their remand at Ikoyi Prisons until they perfect their bail conditions.
Meanwhile, the case has been adjourned until October 14, 2025, for further hearing.
