The leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has released the 31st edition of his widely followed annual prophecy book, Warnings to the Nations, setting off ripples across Nigeria and the international community with new forecasts touching politics, entertainment, sports, and the global economy.
The book, launched on Saturday at his Lagos church, serves as a spiritual compass aimed at world leaders, governments, public institutions, private organisations, and high-profile individuals, with messages said to be divinely inspired.
This year’s edition touches on the 2027 Nigerian general elections, the re-election ambitions of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the global policies of U.S. President, Donald Trump, the prospect of a Third World War, and crises involving Israel and Iran.
It also issues spiritual warnings to individuals such as Tony Elumelu, Femi Otedola, Aliko Dangote, Davido, Burna Boy, Rema, and even international figures like Vin Diesel and John Boyega.
On Nigeria’s 2027 General Elections
Primate Ayodele painted a grim picture of Nigeria’s next election cycle, warning of widespread rigging, electoral violence, bloodshed, and manipulation, despite possible reforms by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
“I foresee people will come up with different ideas on how the 2027 election should be conducted. People will voice their aversion to all forms of rigging. There will be rigging in another dimension, violent attacks, bloodbaths, and other evils that will characterise the elections,” he said.
According to the cleric, while INEC may introduce new procedural safeguards, they may not be sufficient to guarantee a transparent process.
He added that President Tinubu’s re-election will face resistance, particularly from the youth. “I foresee 60% of the youths will not support his government and re-election bid. The youths will go gaga,” he warned.
However, Ayodele noted that Tinubu could still secure victory if he heeds divine instructions and works strategically on insecurity and economic hardship.
“If the necessary things are put in place, he will win the election,” he stated, warning that the battle will be fierce and that “the President is desperate to win at all costs.”
Tinubu, the APC, and the Opposition
The prophet further warned of serious internal and external challenges for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), and forecasted turmoil within the main opposition parties, the PDP, Labour Party, and APGA.
“Opposition will be difficult. Tinubu will defeat the opposition if he only listens. Otherwise, he will be defeated,” Ayodele declared.
He predicted that the PDP would descend into deeper disarray and be manipulated by the ruling party.
“The PDP will be in total disarray as the ruling party will indirectly control its machinery,” he added.
Key battleground states like Kaduna, Kano, Benue, Katsina, Kogi, Akwa Ibom, Enugu, Ogun, and Oyo were singled out for “serious attention,” with a warning that the governor of Abia State may defect to another party.
In the National Assembly
The cleric predicted storms for Nigeria’s Senate and House of Representatives, including allegations of corruption, unpopular bills, and possible deaths.
“The Upper legislative chamber will face so many accusations and must be careful against rowdy sessions. The Senate must pray not to lose anyone,” he warned.
Ayodele foresees rising public disdain for lawmakers due to perceived selfishness and misaligned policies. “Some of the Senators will be treated with scorn even in their Senatorial districts,” he said, adding that leadership changes could spark confrontations, especially in the House of Representatives.
Trump’s Return and Global Unrest
On the international front, Primate Ayodele’s prophecy zeroed in on former U.S. President Donald Trump, projecting his return to the White House and a consequent global crisis.
“Donald Trump and the global business community will be at loggerheads. Most of them will fail or refuse to abide by his cruel economic and business policies,” he stated.
He forecasted police brutality, institutional insecurity, and fluctuating stock values in the United States, along with instability in manufacturing, agriculture, and immigration policies.
“Trump will frustrate people wishing to enter the U.S., even as open criticisms will become the order of the day. There will be police brutality. I foresee an American soldier will be kidnapped,” he said.
He also warned that Trump’s “tariff laws and economic policies will enslave some countries,” and that America’s relationship with China will worsen under his administration.
In Africa, Ayodele predicted a shift in U.S. diplomatic posture: “I foresee the USA will want to empower and enrich itself by taking over some of the rights of Africans indirectly. Many African countries will not want to be close to the Yankees.”
Israel-Iran Conflict and Third World War
Touching on Middle East affairs, the prophet predicted that hostilities between Israel and Iran would reignite, dismissing any hopes of a lasting ceasefire.
“I foresee the war will still repeat itself because they have not done the right thing. Iran will continue with its nuclear project. There will be terrible attacks in Gaza and Ramallah,” he warned.
He further hinted at the possibility of a global war, though he refrained from offering specific timelines or alliances involved.
Warnings to Prominent Nigerians and Global Celebrities
As with past editions, Warnings to the Nations delivered personal cautions to various celebrities, entrepreneurs, and industry players.
Tony Elumelu
He was warned to avoid helicopter travel across countries to avert a fate similar to that of late Access Bank CEO, Herbert Wigwe.
Femi Otedola
Ayodele predicted that Otedola would bring transformative changes to First Bank, helping it become one of Nigeria’s strongest financial institutions.
Aliko Dangote
A mixed bag of fortunes was predicted:
Sugar Refinery: May face shutdowns due to technical faults.
Cement: Expected to dominate the market but warned against vandalism and internal losses.
Refinery: The billionaire was advised to guard against explosions.
Entertainment Industry: Bright Lights and Dark Shadows
A host of Nigerian and international stars were included in Ayodele’s prophecy:
Davido: Forecasted to release a globally successful album, win international awards, and attract major contracts. He was warned against betrayal.
Burna Boy: Needs prayers to avoid legal troubles and fire outbreaks.
Rema: May mismanage a major project and fail to heed advice, leading to lost opportunities.
Terms: Advised to pray against contract failure and image-denting controversies.
Toyin Abraham: Cautioned against being implicated or having her efforts wasted.
Lateef Adedimeji: Warned of possible sabotage against major contracts.
Vin Diesel: Asked to be cautious of personal issues that could derail plans.
John Boyega: Advised to be wary of harmful associations.
In the World of Sports
Though details were scant in the announcement, Primate Ayodele also reportedly included forecasts and spiritual guidance for players, coaches, and national teams across multiple countries.
Football stars like Jude Bellingham, Vini Junior, Xabi Alonso, and Virgil Van Dijk were among those mentioned.
A Call to Prayer and Vigilance
As always, the prophet emphasised that many of the calamities and misfortunes he foresees can be averted through prayers, reforms, and righteous leadership.
“Warnings To The Nations” remains a spiritual manual for political leaders, corporate players, and celebrities who wish to navigate their future with divine clarity. The 2025 edition reinforces Primate Ayodele’s reputation as one of Nigeria’s most talked-about prophets, particularly in his predictions on global affairs, elections, and personalities.
While many continue to question the accuracy of such spiritual forecasts, especially as some fail to materialise, Primate Ayodele insists that his messages are divinely inspired and meant to serve as warnings, not certainties.
“The spirit of God reveals to redeem,” he is often quoted as saying.
