Charity Ayo Foundation Leads Outreach to Feed, Support Ojota Community

In a bid to alleviate hardship and provide vital support, the Charity Ayo Foundation, in partnership with four other organizations, organized ‘Operation Feed Lagos’, an outreach program that brought food items, clothing, and free medical services to underprivileged residents of the Ojota community in Lagos.

Collaborating with the Sylvester Charity Foundation, Let’s Plan Africa, the Sexual Purity Academy, and Adbec, the initiative provided comprehensive relief to hundreds of beneficiaries.

Items distributed included bags of rice, garri, clothing for adults and children, soap, and 100 notebooks to aid young students. Free medical tests, consultations, and medications were also offered.

Miss Charity Ayooluwa Olaifa, founder of the Charity Ayo Foundation, emphasized the importance of giving back to society, highlighting the power of collaboration in bringing positive change.

“We are fortunate to partner with four other esteemed foundations to make this season memorable for our community.

“This effort showcases the strength of collective action and our shared commitment to providing both basic needs and medical care,” she said.

A representative from the Sylvester Charity Foundation echoed the sentiment, stressing that the outreach demonstrated how partnerships could improve lives on a larger scale.

One of the beneficiaries, Atinuke, expressed deep gratitude for the initiative, describing it as a beacon of hope during challenging economic times.

“They not only gave us food and clothing but also conducted free medical checkups and provided medications.

“Their compassion and generosity are remarkable. I pray the foundation continues to thrive and touch more lives,” Atinuke posited.
