The government alone cannot lift Nigeria out of challenges, says ILA boss

The Chairman, the International Law Association, ILA, Arbitration Committee, Tolu Aderemi, has insisted that the Federal Government of Nigeria, FGN, alone cannot lift the country out of the abyss it has found itself and therefore, citizenry’s joint effort is required.

Speaking while expressing happiness over the conferment of an honorary doctorate from Prowess University, Delaware, USA, on him, Aderemi insisted that Nigeria can only attain its true potential if its well-meaning citizens put themselves last and place the country first.

According to Aderemi, “A great honour to be recognised by the Prowess University with the Honorary Degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Law (Honoris Causa).”

Responding on behalf of the other honorees, Aderemi expressed appreciation to the Senate of the University for the honour done to them, adding that the recognition is a testament to their modest impact on society.
