2023 elections: Nigeria’s 2023 elections riggers restricted from entering the USA

Visa restrictions were today imposed on politicians and people who were involved in undermining the just-concluded Nigeria’s 2023 elections.

The visa imposition was made by the United States of America (USA).

Anthony Blinken, the US Secretary of State, in a statement, today, insisted that the US is committed to supporting Nigeria’s aspirations to solidify the democratic process and the rule of law.

At the time of filing this report, Blinken did not specify individuals that will be victims of the visa bans.
