2023 Presidential Election: Permits Us To Inspect Election Materials, Atiku, Obi Tells Tribunal

The Presidential Election Court, PEC, in Abuja, has been asked by the presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and the Labour Party, LP, Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi respectively, to allow them to inspect materials used for the February 25 presidential election.

The duo made the request in their ex-parte motions institutes at the PEC secretariat at the Court of Appeal, Abuja.

Respondent to the motion is the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, alongside two others.

While Atiku's motion was filed on March 1, 2023, that of Obi was filed on March 2, 2023.

The case comes up for a hearing, today.
