Oyetola Declared Winner Of Osun Governorship Poll

The election petition Tribunal sitting in Osogbo, Osun State capital, on Friday overturned the victory of Senator Ademola Adeleke, in the July 16 gubernatorial election.

Giving the majority judgment, the tribunal panel's chairman, Justice Tersea Kume declared the election null and void after deducting the votes that were challenged by APC candidate, Gboyega Oyetola.

He, however, ordered the withdrawal of the Certificate of Returns.
