New Naira Notes Sale: 'Commercial Banks Involved'—DSS

Some members of an organised syndicate selling the new Naira notes in parts of the country have been arrested.

This development was made known by the Department of State Services, DSS, on Monday.

The DSS equally stated that some commercial bank officials were aiding and abetting the act.

In a statement signed by its Public Relations Officer, PRO, Dr. Peter Afunanya, the DSS warned that the Service would go after those involved in the malfeasance.
