It is no longer news that President Muhammadu Buhari Wednesday paid a visit to the correctional facility in Kuje, Abuja, Nigeria, to inspect the level of damage done to the correctional facility.
The president however expressed disappointment with the intelligence system and utilisation at the Medium Security Custodial Centre.
Addressing journalists during his visit to the correctional facility which came under attack by terrorists on Tuesday night, Buhari said: “I am disappointed with the intelligence system. How can terrorists organise, have weapons, attack a security installation and get away with it?”
