Sex tape: Chrisland schools' teachers arraigned

Three male and a female teacher of the Chrisland Schools, Idimu, Lagos State, Nigeria, were today arraigned before a Yaba Chief Magistrates’ court, for allegedly concealing a sex tape of a student (names withheld) recorded in Dubai.

The affected teachers are Oladotun Sotundape (56), Elesho Tajudeen (32), Rhoda Olanipekun (45), and Ajigboye Hammed (41).

They were docked by the Police on a two count-charge of conspiracy and attempt to pervert the course of justice before Chief Magistrate Adeola Adedayo Olatubosun.

The criminal charge against the teachers read; “that you OLADOTUN SOTUNDE ‘M’, ELESHO TAJUDEEN ‘M’, RHODA OLANIPEKUN ‘F’, AJIBOYE HAMMED ‘M’ on or before the 25th day of April 2022 at Chrisland Schools, Victoria Garden City, Idimu Lagos, in the Lagos State Magisterial District, did conspire amongst yourselves to commit felony to wit: conduct likely to cause a breach of peace and indecent practices amongst your school pupils during the participated world schools games and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 411 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.

“That you OLADOTUN SOTUNDE ‘M’, ELESHO TAJUDEEN ‘M’, RHODA OLANIPEKUN ‘F’, AJIBOYE HAMMED ‘M’ on or before the 25th day of April 2022 at Chrisland Schools, Victoria Garden City, Idimu Lagos, in the Lagos State Magisterial District, having returned from participated world school games involving your students, did intentionally obstruct, prevent, pervert or defeat the course of justice by concealing the indecent acts of your school girl sex video amongst the students before it went viral, and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 97 (1) (3) of the Criminal Law of Lagos State 2015.”

The criminal matter has been adjourned till June 13, 2022, for mention.
