Precious Chikwendu, the former wife of ex-Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, has been restrained from making comments that could lead to the identification of children whose custody issues have been submitted before it for determination.
The restraining order came from an FCT Family Court sitting at the Magistrate District, Wuse Zone II, Abuja, Nigeria.
The court presided over by Njideka Duru, gave the order following a motion ex-parte moved by the applicant’s (Fani-Kayode) counsel, Adeola Adedipe, to that effect.
