The White Paper on the #EndSARS Panel of Inquiry report was on Tuesday night released by the Lagos State Government led by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
According to the report, the Lagos government argued that out of the 32 recommendations made by the panel, it has accepted 11 and rejected one.
It was equally the contention of the White Paper that 14 of the recommendations fall outside the powers of the state and will consequently be forwarded to the Federal Government for consideration.
