Alleged forgery: Fani-Kayode rearrested in Lagos by EFCC

By Francis IWUCHUKWU

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Tuesday rearrested Nigeria’s former aviation minister, Femi Fani-Kayode.

He was rearrested at the premises of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos State, Nigeria by the Commission’s operatives.

Fani-Kayode’s rearrest may not be unconnected with the allegation that he presented a forged medical report before Justice Daniel Osiagor who is presently presiding over the N4.6bn money laundering charge slammed against him alongside a former minister of state for finance, Nenadi Usman by the EFCC.
