2027: Opposition Coalition Adopts ADC 24 Hours After Primate Ayodele’s Prophecy

Primate Elijah Ayodele of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church remains a prominent prophetic voice in Nigeria, particularly in the political landscape.

Often referred to as a “political prophet”, a label he embraces, Primate Ayodele maintains that every true prophet has always had a political dimension, even dating back to biblical times.

His political prophecies frequently stir controversy: those who feel targeted or disadvantaged by his revelations often criticise him, while those who benefit laud his accuracy.

However, the Primate insists his prophecies are never politically motivated; rather, they are divine revelations, and how individuals interpret them is not his concern.

In 2022, during the buildup to the presidential election, Primate Ayodele strongly warned against another All Progressives Congress (APC) tenure.

He predicted that if Bola Ahmed Tinubu became president, Nigerians would experience prolonged hardship.

That prophecy was embraced by the opposition, some even incorporated it into their campaigns, while APC loyalists sharply criticised the cleric.

More recently, Primate Ayodele offered prayers for President Tinubu, prompting backlash from some opposition figures who accused him of bias or compromise.

The Primate, however, has reiterated that prophecy is divine, not political.

As the 2027 presidential election approaches, Primate Ayodele has again spoken on the fate of both the ruling and opposition parties.

He warned President Tinubu not to drop Vice President Shettima as his running mate, and asserted that only three individuals have the potential to defeat Tinubu in the election.

Regarding the opposition, he emphasised that no single candidate can unseat the APC without a strong coalition.

In a statement issued yesterday, the Primate warned that the proposed All Democratic Alliance (ADA), suggested as a coalition platform by the opposition, would not succeed.

Instead, he advised that the African Democratic Congress (ADC) should be adopted if the opposition hopes to make a meaningful impact.

His exact words were: “ADA Party will not give you anything. ADC is better for a coalition front than ADA. Even SDP cannot make any tangible movement. Let them use ADC so they won’t build on infertile ground.”

In what appears to be a swift response to his prophetic warning, confirmed reports indicate that the national coalition body has now adopted ADC as its official platform.

Interim officials have already been named, including former Osun State Governor Rauf Aregbesola as Secretary and former Senate President David Mark as Chairman.

An unveiling ceremony is scheduled to take place today, where the coalition will officially introduce its platform and leadership to the public.
