Feyi Olubodun to Headline MediaConsortium Conference 2025

Renowned marketing strategist and CEO of Open Squares Africa, Feyi Olubodun, is set to deliver the keynote address at the 3rd edition of the MediaConsortium Conference (MCCA), scheduled for Thursday, September 18, 2025.

Themed “Defining Value in the Modern Market: Beyond Price, Quality, Experience and Ethics,” the conference will take place at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos, starting at 10:00 a.m.

Olubodun, a former Chief Executive of InsightPublicis, is widely respected for his deep insight into brand strategy and marketing communications across Africa.

His keynote will explore how brands can adapt to changing market dynamics by embracing a broader and more meaningful definition of value.

Organisers say this year’s theme reflects a shifting paradigm in the global business landscape, where value is no longer measured by conventional standards alone.

“Today’s informed consumers and stakeholders seek a deeper, more multidimensional connection with brands,” they noted, adding that Olubodun’s paper will spark robust discussions on how to deliver such value.

Confirmed panellists who will engage with Olubodun’s keynote include Obinna Ojekwe, Marketing Lead at Hydrogen; Yinka Femi Opadere, Head of Online Media at Globacom; and Samuel Akinrimisi, New Product Development Lead at Eko Supreme Resources Nigeria Limited.

Hosted by MediaConsortium, a prominent business and marketing publication, the MCCA aims to foster dialogue among players in the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) industry and related sectors.

The annual event continues to grow in impact, following successful editions in 2023 and 2024.

This year’s edition promises to offer fresh insights, networking opportunities, and a critical look at how brands can redefine value to stay competitive.
