Court To VeryDarkMan: You Are Restrained From Releasing Further Defamatory Content Against Falana, Falz


Justice Matthias Dawodu of the Lagos State High Court, Ikeja, has made an order restraining Vincent Otse (aka, VeryDarkMan) from further releasing or publishing defamatory contents against a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Femi Falana and his son, Folarin, popularly known as Falz.

The judge equally mandated the activist to bring down an alleged defamatory video which he was said to have made on September 24 against the SAN and his son.

Moreover, Justice Dawodu ordered the service of Originating Summons against Otse through his lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, within 14 days.

The judge took the decisions arrived at the decisions consequent upon an ex parte originating application made by the human rights lawyer and his son against the alleged actions of VeryDarkMan wherein he allegedly published an unverified audio recording of a one-sided narrative by cross-dresser, Bobrisky, alleging perversion of the course of justice against the SAN.
