US Presidential Election: Walz picked as Kamala Harris’ running mate

The Minnesota governor, Tim Walz, was on Tuesday picked as the running mate for Kamala Harris in her bid for the White House.

It would be recalled that Walz had been on a shortlist with a string of other Democratic figures considered broadening Harris’s appeal as she sprints into the contest against Donald Trump.
