Revoked Operational Licence: ‘Heritage Bank Customers To Be Repaid Within One Week' — NDIC Boss

The Managing Director of the Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation, NDIC, Bello Hassan, has said that the payment of depositors in Heritage Bank will commence before the end of the week.

Hassan stated this in a briefing on the liquidation of the bank in Abuja today.

It would be recalled that the NDIC had begun the liquidation of Heritage Bank following the revocation of its banking licence by the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, on Monday.
