Alleged Sexual Assault: Trump’s Trial Continues Today

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the civil case involving former President Donald Trump of the United States of America, USA, in which he has already been found liable for sexually abusing and defaming the writer E. Jean Carroll, will continue on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, in New York.

It would be recalled that a jury in May 2023 concluded that Trump sexually assaulted her in the dressing room of a New York department store in 1996.

The jury consequently awarded the writer around $2 million for the assault and $3 million for defamation over Trump’s remark in 2022, calling her claim “a complete con job.”
