Late Abdul Imoyo |
The Lagos branch of the National Association of Judicial Correspondents (NAJUC), on Monday, commiserated with the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Access Bank Plc, Herbert Wigwe, alongside the entire staff of the bank, over the demise of Mr Abdul Imoyo, the bank’s Head of Media Relations.
In a letter of condolence signed by its Chairman, Mr Olugbenga Soyele, the Association described the late Imoyo as “a true friend of our Association and a great professional”.
Soyele, who declared that Imoyo would be missed for his prompt response to media enquiries, his sound knowledge, personal touch, and resourcefulness in fostering relationships with the media, prayed that God would grant Imoyo’s soul rest and give the family and the management of Access Bank the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
The letter, captioned, ‘NAJUC’s Letter Of Condolence On The Death Of Mr Abdul Imoyo’, reads:
“On behalf of the members of the National Association of Judicial Correspondents (NAJUC) Lagos branch, I offer our sincere condolences to your organisation for the sad loss of your Head of Media Relations, Mr Abdul Kolawole Imoyo.
“Mr Imoyo was a true friend of our Association and a great professional who will be missed for his prompt response to media enquiries, his sound knowledge, his personal touch, and his resourcefulness in fostering relationships with the media.
“May God grant his soul rest and give the family and the management of Access Bank the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss”.
