The activities of Simon Ekpa, one of the leaders of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) currently hiding in Finland, were doing a lot of damage to the southeast region of the country.
The Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), General Christopher Musa, stated this on Tuesday, just as he further alleged that Ekpa was being protected by Finland.
Speaking when he led other Service Chiefs and the Inspector General of Police (IGP) to appear before the House of Representatives at the commencement of its sectoral debate, General Musa stressed the need for the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) to engage the government of Finland and possibly invite its ambassador to Nigeria.
