Presidential Poll: Tinubu, Atiku, Obi Know Fate September 6

The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPT) will on September 6 deliver judgment on the petitions filed against the victory of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2023 Presidential election held across Nigeria.

This development was made public by the Registrar of the Court of Appeal, Umar Bangari, while speaking with Channels Television on Monday.

Bangari also confirmed that the proceedings will be open to live broadcast by interested television stations.

Recall that the Labour Party (LP), the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), as well as their presidential candidates, had petitioned the tribunal seeking to nullify the election of President Tinubu as the winner of the 2023 presidential election.
