•As Tribunal Declares Tinubu, Shettima Winner
The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC), Abuja, on Wednesday, upheld the election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as President and Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The PEPC arrived at the decision, after dismissing the petitions instituted by the petitioners, namely; Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and the Allied Peoples Movement
