Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, on Friday, lost his mother.
Wizkid’s mother, Mrs Jane Dolapo Balogun, died at about 1.30 am.
To confirm the development, Sunday Aare, Wizkid’s long-time manager, said Mrs Balogun died in the early hours of today.
According to Aare, "Yes, she died this morning, at about 1.30 am”.
The late Balogun was the mother to two other children, Yetunde Balogun and Lade Balogun.
