Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, today, took over the mantle of leadership as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
President Tinubu took over from the immediate past president, Muhammadu Buhari. at the Eagle Square, Abuja.
The development took place after President Tinubu and Vice-President Kashim Shettima were sworn in as President and Vice-President respectively.
The Oath of Office was administered by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Kayode Ariwoola.
It would be recalled that Tinubu was declared the winner of the February 2023 presidential election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
