Presidential poll: PEPC throws out APP's petition against the president-elect

The petition against the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in the ongoing proceedings challenging his victory in the February 25, presidential election has been withdrawn.

The Action People’s Party (APP) withdrew the petition today through its counsel, Obed Agu.

The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC), presided over by Justice Tsammani Haruna in a brief ruling dismissed the legal onslaught.
