Adamawa polls: 'INEC REC, Yunusa-Ari, arrested, detained' – Police

The arrest and detention of the Adamawa State Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) Hudu Yunusa-Ari, was today announced by the Nigeria Police Force (NPF).

According to the Force Public Relations officer Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the REC was arrested by the Police Election Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Team in Abuja.
