A three-day mourning period in honour of the victims of the terrorist attack on St. Francis Catholic Church, Owo, Ondo State, was on Monday declared by the Oyo State governor, Seyi Makinde.
According to a statement issued by the Secretary to the State Government, Mrs Olubamiwo Adeosun, the decision complies with the communique issued at the end of a virtual meeting of the governors of the South-West states held on June 10.
