Boko Haram, ISWAP now present in parts of Kaduna' — Governor El-Rufai

The activities of terrorist groups in parts of Kaduna State have been made public by the State governor, Mallam Nasir El-Eufai.

Making this known through the State’s Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, during the presentation of the first quarter security report for 2022 to the State’s security council, El-Rufai insisted that members of the Ansaru and Boko Haram terrorists groups have infiltrated some parts of Birnin Gwari and Giwa local government areas.

Aruwan argued that the terrorists have been luring locals with gifts with a view to recruiting them into the criminal organisations.
