An order stopping the National Convention of All Progressives Congress (APC) billed for March 26, 2022, was on Friday vacated.
The said order was vacated by a High Court in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) presided over by Justice Bello Kawu who insisted that a political party cannot be sued by its member.
In arriving at the decision, Justice Kawu relied on a recent supreme court judgment (Aguma Vs APC), to conclude his ruling.
