Polaris Bank has achieved a significant accolade by being named the Sectoral Winner in the Banking and Other Financial Institutions Sector at the 2024 NECA Annual Employers' Excellence Awards.
The award, presented at the 4th edition of NECA's Excellence Awards held in Lagos, recognizes Polaris Bank’s innovative human resources (HR) practices.
